Virtual Tours
The virtual tour shows a large house in Wiltshire which we constructed with sling braced trusses to enable a large open hall style oak frame. The house is a wonderful combination of ancient carpentry design and 21st century technology, which benefits from large triple glazed wall details to exploit the beautiful views of the garden and insulation values, which exceed building regulation requirements.
The under-floor heating and hot water systems are powered by a geothermal heat recovery system, this will ensure the house's thermal and enviromental efficiency for years to come. When our clients first approached us, they were impressed with the scope of service we could supply, not only the oak framing aspect of the build but all the other services as required.
As we are fully conversant with all aspects of oak framed construction we are able to help and advise on the complete build, this can save considerable time and money over the course of the project.
